Part 1: Get Your Embed Code from Form2Doc

Step 1: Create or Open Your Form

  1. Log in to your Form2Doc account
  2. Create a new form or open an existing one
  3. Add fields you need (example: Contact form with Name and Email fields)

Step 2: Publish Your Form

  1. If your form is still in Draft status, click the Publish button in the top-right corner
  2. Once published, the form status changes to Public
  3. Now you can access the embedding options

Step 3: Copy the Embed Code

  1. Click the Actions button (three vertical dots icon) in the top-right area
  2. A dropdown menu appears with several options
  3. Choose Embed HTML (the code icon </>)
  4. The Embed HTML Code dialog appears showing a ready-to-copy iframe snippet
  5. Click the Copy button — the code is copied to your clipboard
  6. A success message confirms the code was copied

Important Note: The Embed HTML option only appears for Published (Public) forms. If you don't see this option, make sure your form is published first.

Part 2: Embed the Form in WordPress

Step 1: Open Your WordPress Page or Post

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard

  3. Click Edit to open the page/post editor

  1. Click the + (Add block) button where you want to insert the form
